Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and BusyKeys LLC (“we,” “us”) for the use of Presto Studio and the prestostudio.net website. By joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to them.
Using Presto Studio
Presto Studio is a studio for designing, launching, and managing websites. You agree to use it lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse the service or interfere with its operation. You are responsible for the content you create and publish.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves your interest in Presto Studio. It is not a purchase and does not guarantee access, pricing, or a launch date. We’ll email you when your studio is ready.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content and sites you create. You grant us the permission needed to host, display, and publish that content so we can provide the service.
Availability and changes
Presto Studio is offered on an “as is” basis while in beta. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms; we’ll note the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BusyKeys LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
